Currently, there are numerous places that one can purchase an instructional video that informs on the latest trend of exercise, cooking, computer software, or whatever topic one might desire.  The problem that we find with such material is that they are most often vague and only touch the surface requiring the consumer to purchase continually more products.  Seldom are the topics covered in depth or completely.  Worse off is that these topics are often based on similar information that one can find for free around the internet, or commonly purchased in a bookstore.
